Razer's Take on Tenkeyless - Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 with Razer Orange Switches Review

Back again with another Razer product review, check out this gallery of unboxing images below... Rating ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5) Pros Physical characteristics Build quality The keyboard feels very solid and the material choice (mostly hard plastics) is sufficient Size The design is very compact with not a lot of "wasted space" for the frame of the keyboard. Wrist wrest  By far THE BEST included wrist wrest I've seen. It is soft but still firm enough to supply plenty of comfortable wrist support Lighting The lighting is very vibrant, customizable and clear Design The design is very clean and definitely not anything I would consider to be "gamery" in my opinion. The overall aesthetic is really muted and tastefully executed in my opinion Switches The Razer Orange switches are quite comparable to cherry mx browns in my opinion. This makes for a great typing experience as well as a great gaming experience. Software Razer synapse 3...

SOLD OUT - SELL! SELL! SELL!

Sometimes you just have to let go. Right now is one of those times for me. I've been holding onto a few items that have either been replaced or upgraded from and I finally took the initiative to list them out for sale. I consider myself lucky because traditionally I've been able to sell/swap things with people in my friends group but that's not always going to be an option so off to Ebay I go! Check out the new listings I just put up if you're interested at all. These listings will be live for 7 days unless someone scoops it up with the Buy It Now Price. A CLEAN, SIMPLISTIC and FUNCTIONAL Keyboard - Logitech G610 Orion Brown Review

Here we go with another Keyboard review. Check out some pictures below before reading the rest! View post on imgur.com Rating ★★★★★ (5 out of 5) Pros Simple Design It's a rectangle with all the keys you need No "extra" keys (macro keys/gaming keys) Media controls are well laid out and functional Build Quality The board itself is very solid  Switches are great Overall, the materials used are good Adjustability I like that there are two different height settings for adjusting the keyboard angle (4 degrees and 8 degrees) Relatively quiet Without o-rings installed, the typing experience is relatively quiet. Doesn't "clack" as much as some other keyboards. Price Paid $79.99 Cons SOME Materials Glossy plastic on the sides of the keyboard which is bound to get completely ruined  Definitely not the most "robust" keycaps out there but that's to be expected at this price point No wrist rest includ...

FIRST EXPERIENCE with a Cooler Master Keyboard - Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro M White (Cherry MX Brown) Review

Before we get to the meat of the review, here's a couple pictures of the keyboard... View post on imgur.com This is also my first experience with a TenKey (92 key) layout on a keyboard. Rating ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5) Pros Hardware Build quality is solid Key caps and switches (Cherry MX Brown) feel good Sound is fairly dampened even without o-rings (which is great for a work environment) Size Reminiscent of a TKL keyboard (just barely wider than TKL due to 1 extra column of keys Driverless Every piece of functionality can be controlled via the keyboard. No need for any software to setup and configure macros, lighting, functions, etc… Cons Numpad/Navigation Cluster Combo At work I'm a frequent user of the navigation cluster and the numpad so this is fairly annoying to deal with toggling numlock on and off all the time.  Quite a few things buried under the FN key I could get used to it but it reminds me of the Anne pro where a lot of the function...

My FAVORITE Bluetooth Mechanical Keyboard(s) Yet! - The Drevo Calibur

This Keyboard Rules! Update - 7/20/2017 I just received my second order today and immediately tested to see if the Bluetooth key problem is gone. Sure enough, it no longer happens! That takes one con off the list and now this keyboard has become my all time favorite! Here is a GIF of the new blue switch version I received . Original review date(s) - 7/7/2017 The words "wireless mechanical keyboard" are words I never thought could belong in the same sentence together without some kind of major catch. That is... until I heard about the Drevo Calibur. I have a small collection of mechanical keyboards that include, The Logitech G710 (Cherry MX Blue with o-rings), Logitech G710+ (Cherry Mx Brown with OEM o-rings), Logitech G410 (Romer-G), Tt eSPORTS Meka G-Unit Combat White (Cherry Mx Black with o-rings) and finally the Corsair K65 (Cherry Mx Red with o-rings). I had just recently fell in love with the 10-keyless form factor of keyboards and one of my friends had come acro...

60% Mechanical Keyboard Thoughts - Obins, Anne Pro (Gateron, Brown Switch)

Image
A Great Keyboard!... Just not the right one for me. Original Review Date - 07/10/2017 I've seen nothing but this keyboard over on  Reddit in /r/mechanicalkeyboards . So I caved and decided to try it out for myself. I can see why people really like this keyboard because it is a solid piece of equipment! It is built well, has a lot of cool features and is really compact. Just take a look at this comparison picture with what I would consider a compact keyboard (Drevo Calibur). Obins Anne Pro vs Drevo Calibur Here is where the bad news comes in and my first con for this keyboard... It is too compact and limiting. One of the first things I noticed is that I use the arrow keys and the keys above them (insert, home, end, etc...) far too frequently. I use them very often to navigate around windows and with various other programs. To have those buried under a FN key combo takes too much time and requires too much workflow adjustment for me. I own two Drevo Calibur keyboa...
